Since it’s still Christmas weekend, and there’s still leftover pound cake and candy everywhere, we’ll hold off on the usual after holiday look at getting healthy for the new year a couple more days.
I’d like to use this post today to shift the focus of the blog to looking back, and looking forward. It’s the end of the year, and the end of the decade. Think of everything that happened this year, and in the last ten years. The good, the bad, and the “holy shit” ugly.
Tomorrow is a new day, and next week, well, it’s a new week, a new year, a new decade… a new beginning.
